Weekly Fitness Tips to Get You to Christmas Eve
Set your alarm for 15 minutes earlier every morning this week. Leave your leggings and a T-shirt beside the bed so you can jump out and jump into them. Make sure to warm up with some light movements and stretches then.
- Perform a mini workout in your bedroom or hallway. Simply Pick 2 exercises and setting yourself a time limit of 10 mins. Perform 20 reps of each for as many rounds as you can. Record it and try to beat it the next morning
- Or if this is too much of a challenge perform one exercise for 3-5 mins

Allow an extra 15 mins of chill out time before jumping into bed each night. Winding down before bed can help improve the quality of your sleep. Try some Belly Breathing to relax your nervous system or some light yoga stretches like pigeon or the deep lunge stretch.
